What is the cream glue made of?

The cream glue is made of deionized water, waterborne resin, emulsifier, food colouring and food essence.

How long does the cream glue take to dry?

The cream glue usually takes about 5 – 7 days to fully dry. You can lightly press the glue to check if it has dried if it is still squishy, leave it for a couple of extra days.

How do I start?

To start, look at some inspirational photos of what you would like, lay out your charms, and take a picture (Don’t lay out your beads as they can roll everywhere). Practice your piping on spare paper before starting. You will get better at piping as you go, so we recommend starting piping somewhere that would be covered or less noticeable.

What happens if I accidentally smudge the cream glue?

Don’t panic! It’s pretty normal to accidentally smudge the glue. The best and easiest way is to just put a charm over it (Basically slapping a band-aid over it). If you clean the section, you could end up smudging it more or even ruining other sections. You can use a wet wipe and cotton swabs to clean up any extra parts.

Can the cream glue be washed off?

Yes, the cream glue can be washed off. Some warm water and soap can wash the cream glue off your fingers. For clothes, remove the cream glue using a tissue or wet wipe before putting it immediately into the wash, or you can handwash the section first with some water and soap. Do not wait for the glue to be solidified as it will make it harder.

What do I do if I leave out my glue for too long and the tip hardens?

Take the piping bag with the cream glue out first. Wash the nozzle clean and dry it. Cut the pipping bag just above where the cream glue has hardened and put it back in the outer piping bag with the nozzle.
